1. Company information

2. Services

Charlotte PRO provides professional pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services. All services are performed in the Charlotte, NC metro area and surrounding regions.

3. Pricing and minimum service fee

All quotes are provided free of charge with no obligation. Our minimum service fee is $80. Final pricing is based on the size of the area, service type, and level of buildup. Quoted prices are valid at the time of booking and subject to change if site conditions differ materially from the original description.

4. Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of service — we do not require a deposit. We accept the following payment methods: cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, personal check, and credit card. We do not store any payment credentials.

5. Scheduling and rescheduling

We will make every effort to arrive on the scheduled date and time. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, equipment issues, or other force majeure circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule. We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible and will work with you to find the next mutually convenient date at no additional charge.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind every job with a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, contact us within 48 hours of job completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. We are flexible and always willing to work with our clients to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

7. Property damage

Charlotte PRO takes great care to avoid any damage to your property. We have not had incidents of property damage to date. However, in the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our negligence, we will take full responsibility and work with you to resolve the issue fairly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile surfaces not disclosed prior to service, or damage resulting from conditions outside our control.

8. Client responsibilities

Prior to our arrival, please ensure that outdoor furniture, vehicles, and pets are clear of the work area, and that we have access to an outdoor water spigot. Failure to provide reasonable access may result in rescheduling.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida

12. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
